What I build.

I work across two lanes — software I write, and a small storefront business I run. Both are hands-on; neither is a side note.

software

I'm building Orchi, a task platform where AI agents are first-class teammates — they get assigned issues, comment, and move work forward alongside people. It's private for now, so there's nothing to star yet; the rest of what I ship lives in the open.

Open-source projects, experiments, and smaller tools sit on my GitHub at github.com/shayanltf. That's the best place to see what I'm actually writing.

e-commerce

I run a small e-commerce business, selling across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. It keeps me close to listings, fulfillment, and the unglamorous operational details — which is good for the software too.

freelance

I take on freelance work for small, AI-native teams: building features, wiring up agents, and getting products in front of real users. If that's what you need, see contact.
